Service Delivery Policy

VisaFlow is a software service that you use in your web browser. Nothing physical is shipped. This page explains how and when you get access after signing up or paying.

1. Online delivery only

VisaFlow is delivered entirely online at visaflow.work and your workspace address (for example yourname.visaflow.work). There are no physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses are involved. You need only a modern web browser and an internet connection; nothing has to be installed.

2. From signup to a live workspace

We email a 6-digit code. Enter it and your workspace is created straight away.

Sign in at your workspace address. All features of your trial are available for 14 days.
Choose a plan and payWhen you are ready
Pay securely through Razorpay from Settings → Billing, with UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
Plan activatedWithin minutes
As soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, the plan is active and a GST invoice is emailed to the owner.

3. What you receive

A private workspace at your own address (yourname.visaflow.work), isolated from every other consultancy.
An owner account, and the ability to invite your team with roles and permissions.
An applicant portal for your clients, with one-time code sign-in.
A GST invoice by email for every payment, also available in Settings → Billing.
Updates and new features as they are released, at no extra cost within your plan.

4. Upgrades, add-ons and renewals

Upgrades and add-ons (extra seats, message packs) apply immediately after payment.
Downgrades apply at the next renewal date.
Renewals are charged automatically at the start of each period; access continues without interruption.

5. Where you can use VisaFlow

VisaFlow works in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. Your team and your applicants can sign in from anywhere with an internet connection.

6. If access is not activated

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@visaflow.work with the payment reference. We will activate it or refund the payment in full.

7. Common questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. VisaFlow runs in the browser. Applicants also use the portal in their browser, with no app to install.

I paid but my plan still shows the trial. What now?

Payment confirmations usually arrive within a few minutes. Refresh Settings → Billing. If it has not changed after an hour, write to us with the Razorpay payment reference.

Where do I find my invoice?

It is emailed to the workspace owner after each payment and is always available in Settings → Billing.
